Multimedia Developer, responsible for constructing CBT modules, using Authorware. As the sole CBT Instructional Designer, I was responsible for all aspects of producing our CBT for an Introduction to the On-Line System and Certificates.

Senior Technical Writer, responsible for technical documentation research, design, creation and revision. We went through transition to redefine customer education needs for our newly developed credit union processing system. We redesigned documentation, creating style sheets and Society of Technical Communication (STC) award-winning standards documentation. We used state-of-the-art software to create hypertext documentation, context-sensitive on-line help, and CBT courses and exercises. I used desktop publishing software and graphics packages to create documentation graphics, including tables, illustrations, and screen examples. I also created marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and newsletters. I coordinated customer documentation releases, including artwork, paper, and binder acquisition, printing, and distribution. I was responsible for unit and system testing new software before customer releases.
