SAP: Out Bounding and Inbounding material, Receiving, Part returning and Cycle Counting. Also, Out bounding Delivery Monitor for fulfillment of all part order for the Field Service, Technician and transfers to Distribution. Filled parts order for our 24 Field Service Engineers, and I'm also in charge of the Tools Calibration Program. I am responsible for maintaining all the tools for the Field Service Engineers, Service Center Tec and Global Support Engineers and to notify them, when their Tools need calibration.
Processing daily DT's order that was shipped out from distribution using clear account (SCVSCA) and making all inventory adjustment by adding or subtracting inventory use the scrap account (SVCSCP). Also, converting bad parts that come back from the Field Service Engineer repair that they send back to us to discard and we turn them into refurbished part to go back into inventory.
Created a work instruction (Work Instruction. 7.2.2.a) – Which is a work instruction that detail the process of taking a parts order for the Field Service Engineer, starting from looking up the order in Baan and ServiceMax, all the way to completion, and how to ship the part to the customer. I also, created a work instruction (Work Instruction WI PSS.SVC.REV.) which is a work instruction that detail the process and procedures on Calibration of Tools, for the Field Service Engineers, Service Center Tec and Global Support Engineers.
Another responsibility was to create Excel spreadsheets, for the monthly receiving deliveries that come from FedEx, Cal Sierra, UPS, Office Depot and any other transportation shipment that we receive and log in daily. Also created another spreadsheet is for tracking of the Droplet Reader and Generator that go back and forth from Biorad to Gener8 and back to the customer. Administrative Assistant III 2010 – 2017
