The S-32156 Sandy Repair 200th Street to 207th Street Interlocking project Scope of Work and the Schedule reflect as such; including but not limited to:

Replacement of all local signal equipment including submersible JBs, cases, switches and stops

Replacement of all local signal conduit and wire including riser boxes.

Physical examination for water damage, and meggering of all express cables as shown in the contract drawings. This includes new eyelet terminals, tags, cable supports, etc.

Removal and replacement of track as shown in the contract drawings, totaling 7,300 feet of total track and 9 Special Work Portions.

Installation of new power conduits and feed for track lube locations

Removal and replacement of 34 traction power jumpers and negative equalizers.

Put in Service All the New SWP’s, Signal, Switch and Traction Power Equipment.

The C-35372 Rockaway Line Resiliency and rehabilitation project Scope of Work and the Schedule reflect as such; including but not limited to:

excavation, disposal, placement and compaction of materials. Excavation shall be made from the ground surface to the net lines indicated or otherwise ordered.

Whenever any subsurface structure is encountered or suspected of being in the area of excavation, the excavation shall be performed with hand tools.

Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) or Non-Destructive Testing deemed necessary prior to these efforts will adhere to procedures described in NYCDDC Highway Specifications Section 1.06.18 – “Records of Subsurface Structures.

The LIRR MNR Positive Train Control (PTC) Systems Integrator (SI) is engaged by Contract in the effort to develop, modify, design, deliver, provide, test, and commission a new PTC system that meets all requirements of the Contract. The PTC SI will configure and deliver two (2) complete PTC systems, one configured for Metro-North Railroad (MNR) and one configured for Long Island Railroad (LIRR). Each PTC system will be delivered for implementation at Railroad facilities, along the Railroad Right-of-Way (RoW), on Railroad rolling stock, and interconnected with the Railroads’ data communications network (datacom), signaling, power, and rolling stock systems.

The PTC System consists of four primary subsystems: Wayside, Onboard, Office and Communications. Each of the subsystems includes developed and COTS components.

TASKS:

Maintain and update client’s enterprise schedule tracking systems and program schedules with general contractor latest updates

Track and update client’s milestones and processes not updated by construction contractors

Monitor and update construction progress in the schedule, identify, track, and assist in the resolution of construction issues/conflicts

Create cost and resource loaded schedules by gathering and validating data and incorporating the data into the project schedules
