Maintain active and terminated employee files.

Timesheet review; entered timekeeping codes and added necessary comments to timesheets.

Capturing approved month/annual and sick leave.

Prepare and direct processing of deductions.

Resolve administrative problems.

Maintained and processed time and attendance records.

Prepared and provided all required payroll and related reports needed for month end, year end and auditor requests.

Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefits plan, and collective agreement provisions.
