REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN LIVE OAK BEHAVIORAL SERVICES, LLC AUGUST 2022 – OCTOBER 2023
As a Registered Behavior Technician, I provided direct client care one-on-on, in addition to group settings. Daily duties had been comprised of observing, collecting, and documenting data based on client goals and behavior, as well as communicating with caretakers and stakeholders about progress of the client. I would also assist behavior analysts, as well as QASP-S supervisors, to assist in implementing behavior reduction protocols. I would meet with supervisors and other RBT’s regularly to discuss questions, concerns, and progress for every client. I volunteered to help plan and prepare crafts and activities for any holiday celebrated at the clinic.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR RITE-AID PHARMACY MARCH 2015 – JUNE 2017
While I first started out as a sales associate, my duties did not change much once I was promoted to shift supervisor. With both positions, I was to record the number of products for a certain area and enter the numbers into the company database. I would identify products missing labels and generate the labels. Being a sales consultant was a major portion of my job responsibilities for both positions, which included assisting customers when asked, handling frequent cash transactions ensuring a positive experience for the customers. Customer services duties would include engaging customers in conversation, informing customers of product locations, and providing advice on merchandise. Disposal of damaged or expired products that I would search for was another duty. Responsibilities once I was promoted involved ensuring the store was in order for closing, counting the tills to ensure they were correct, depositing money into the safe, and also counting the deposits from earlier in the day.
CLERK R&M AUTO APRIL 2014 – AUGUST 2014
Official responsibilities for my position at R&M Auto included formulating invoices, receiving payments for the services, and answering phone calls to arrange appointments or answer general questions. Working at a family-owned shop meant ordering and receiving vehicle parts myself, and often traveling to acquire components when needed. While not being an official duty, I managed company sales by cataloging invoice documentation, along with receipts from both customers and parts we had to special order to make it easier when trying to find certain documents. Also, I provided help with maintenance on the vehicles when I finished official day-to-day duties.
