Coordinate meetings, plan assignments, route daily mail, take and respond to phone and email messages as needed.

Coordinate shipment for oil procurement and Ensure availability of oil orders to support the plant and make sure there is no interruption in production.

Coordinate PM schedules, oil analysis, and IR scans on machines and equipment, participate in Project Meetings and execute assigned tasks for the press maintenance team.

Maintain a moderate expense report on equipment maintenance and purchases.

Review daily mechanical power press safety checklist sheets from each shift. Forward sheets reflecting potential issues to press maintenance supervisor for review and

action. Keep a log of and scan in the mechanical power press safety checklist for documentation of the issues.

Generate work orders and work closely with Fabrication & Press Maintenance to follow up on issues. Issue work orders to maintenance for any issues non- safety (critical safety issues handled without issuing WO) issues identified on the Daily press safety checklist or any issues turned in from production.

Maintain a log of work orders issued and completed.

Issue monthly PM Schedules and scan the completed PM sheets for maintenance documentation.

Work on critical parts storage, parts usage, & reordering parts & ensure invoices are processed.

Report lube usage provide data for the daily meetings.

Document expenses on forklifts.

Involved with contingency planning for the press department.

Gathers, compiles and/or develops scrap reports monthly.
