Directed the HR function for Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Guinea Conakry, Morocco, Gambia and Senegal with a unionised staff population of 16,800 FTE. Led Strategic Workforce Plans for Country Teams with metrics to build project specific scenarios. Conducted Hay Job Evaluation and Grading across locations.
