JOB SUMMARY

Lead Training Officer and Field Training Supervisor for the Child Welfare Training Institute I provided Standard and Specialized training programs in the region, I was responsible for providing training, coaching, constructive guidance and technical support to the On-the-Job (OJT) CPS Workers and was the initial point of contact for OJT CPS staff to answer any and all questions.
