Project involves the concept and product design of Front & Rear Bumper of Exterior trims like Upper Grill, Upper Fascia, Skid Plate, Tow Hook, Tail Gate Emblisher Assembly. Responsible for design and development from concept to prototype with respect to manufacturing and assembly feasibility and generating drawing for fit and finish study.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Study of customer inputs i-e the A- surface.

Performing Draft Analysis for checking tangency errors with given tooling direction& created a better tooling direction.

Generate B side surface with A- surface.

Clear patches / tangency errors that are on B - Surface.

Generate Parting surface & create a closed solid compare with ENV data.

Create Engineering Features with respect to ENV data with tooling directions.

Draft Analysis for checking the Manufacturability.

DMU update activities Preparing Data Technical sheet (DTS) of matured data for Customer.

Apply Isostatism for part for parts proper Fit and Finish.

Preparation RTC check report as per Renault standards.

Preparing report of assembly with environment and final delivery files with Main tooling direction, Parting line and Feasibility.
