As a cashier I communicated with the employees and customers at my shift. I managed taking orders in the drive thru and dining room. I also gave out the orders to the customers with good customer service. I kept my work area neat and organize with cups and napkins and all the necessary equipment for fast service. I also maintained the store clean by cleaning the restrooms, tables, and mopping the floors.
2010-2013 BP Gas station Durham, NC
Within this position, I was responsible for accounting for all money transactions during shifts. I also catergorized and maintained merchandise. As a cashier, I was also responsible for the profiency of store by keeping the inside aisle and bathroom clean as well as the parking lot. I also worked with a good attitude to provide excellent customer service.
2016-2020 NC CAULKING AND WATERPROOFING RALIEGH, NC
Working as a subcontractor, I started off as a material handler, as my experience progessed slowly i gained responsibility. We did all types of caulking indoors and outdoors and, Underground waterproofing as well. In 2018 I became foreman and started training new members. I was responsible for daily activities reports, schedules, and expenses reports. Within the years I learned to manage a project in state and outside of state. Became organize and responsible with documents, sending and receiving e-mails.
