Construction Project Manager

Currently I’m managing Dish Wireless and AT&T C-Band and DoD project for Levest Electric. My responsibility on the Dish Wireless project consists of.

New site Bid Walks for up and coming sites

Work with the Dish team on ordering equipment filing electrical permit and building permits within the county the work is being performed.

Purchase all needed material and consumables per CD and RFDS ordering fiber and power cable hybrid cable lengths.

Confirming all equipment is received and accounted for per scope of work and according to final CD and RFDS.

Manage multiple sites Forman’s assuring customer of progress of work and construction completion.

Daily progress calls with customer project managers performing a site by site updating construction tracker daily.

Punch work site with customer field CM for site acceptance.

Assist closeout team with and missing photos and permit closure for final site acceptance.

AT&T 5G C-BAND, DoD and Power Plant project

Walk all sites assigned to Levest from Ericsson to confirm the CD and RFDS matches what’s installed on site.

Perform a power study for each site to confirm there is enough power on site to accommodate the new equipment.

Build out all BOM according to the latest CD and RFDS which consist of order the right model Power plants, batteries all radios antennas fiber power cables. Optical fiber cards for all antenna radios for each site assign to Levest Electric.

Coordinate work with the integration manage and site foreman to assure site is handed over on time.

Daily site by site calls with Ericsson construction team on site completion and up and coming construction starts are confirmed or need to be push out or brought in.

Arrange access for construction with Water tower companies, Crown Castle, SBA tower and rooftop sites for construction start.

Marconi Development Group Inc. September 2017-2019

Construction Project Manager

Currently I’m the PM for the upstate market managing the Nokia Sprint and Verizon Airscale project. Setting daily installation and Integration schedule for 20 technician. Tracking equipment and delivery schedule keeping the end customer up to date of the project progress.

1st Phase of Project Airscale

Weekly conference call with customer on any outstanding issues or concerns that would impede the project schedule.

Track outstanding change orders and back charges to customer for additional work.

Responsible for All Project Documentation from customer award until final completion of project, including close out packages & initiating invoicing through proper channels.

Familiar with Airscale, BBU, L600, L700, 1900 (7x2), MIMO, Air3246, Router and Antenna Swaps, Lightwave or other similar equipment.

Site Walks D-14 permit close outs.

Create and maintain project trackers.

Manage GCs and in house RF crews to ensure that they stay on schedule to meet deliveries and goals; are following all safety guidelines and procedures; review GC change orders daily; verify their work and ensure payment.

Construction Manager II - AT&T Projects

Responsible for on recent LTE, & Generator & New Site Build projects for AT&T include: to order equipment’s, implement, monitor and maintain the quality of the execution on projects, while scheduling and coordinating pre-construction, in progress and quality/punch walks (on site or Virtual)

Verifying the accuracy of the scope, and ensuring all added work required found on pre-con walks are agreed and quotes are created based on the Scope Of Work.

Ensuring that site development construction-related project goals are met within established cycle times, quality requirements and approved budget. Perform feasibility walks & draft feasibility scoping in corroboration with Zoning, Acquisition and RF departments. Migrating network from ethernet to fiber network.

Work with network engineers and central testing newly deployed fiber installation handed off from service provider to customer equipment.

Tested fiber network on a per node basis per AT&T testing standards head to head testing with NOC and network engineers.
