Originally hired as a painter, I was offered a maintenance position and then promoted to supervisor in 1998.
Was overseer for complete property renovations. Responsibilities included apartment interiors, new kitchens and baths, concrete sub-floor demolition and repour, new carpet and vinyl, exterior roof replacements, HVAC systems, design and installation of new signage, landscaping, repaving of parking lot.
Complete pool demolition and rebuild.
Much of the work was done under my supervision utilizing a large, in-house staff.
