I am coachable, have the mindset of team motivation and skilled in employee management. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Human Services with Addictions Counselling. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Behavioral Psychology. I am also currently enrolled in an HR Generalist course at Greenville Technical College.

My professional experience has given me the opportunity to work with and manage a diverse body of individuals. Within the diversity I have been instrumental in the assisting of age groups from 8 to 68 which also include Veterans, parents, disenfranchised youth, disabled and probationers. I have been instrumental in assisting individuals with gaining their GED, employment, housing, Work Keys, social skills and family reinstatements. I’ve held the roles of team player and leadership in my experiences in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Experience and Supervising Experience.
