Assistant instructor Jan 2007- sep 2013

As the assistant instructor I would come in and help plan all the classes for the evening . Later on I would help teach all the classes.

Head Instructor Feb 2011 – May 2014

As the head instructor I would come in at noon every day for meetings such as event planning, going over numbers, lesson planning, and any other subject that has to do with growing the business. During the evening is when I teach all ages not only kicking and punching, but how to build good character, gain knowledge in their mind, and most important develop self –discipline.

Another responsibility I had was to shadow and train the other instructors to develop the skills to pass on knowledge effectively.

Vonage, IL

Sales rep April 2014 – June2014

As a sales rep for Vonage my responsibility was to walk around the local wal-marts pitching to the customers offering a promotion for phone service.

I shortly became a sales vet and helped training the new reps to have the perfect pitch and make sales.

I went to swic to a semester to study business 101. Hoping one day I could own my own business .

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

While I was head instructor I learned a lot about customer service. I spent a lot of time doing seminars and talking to groups about life skills and staying safe or keeping their kids safe from strangers. Threw our marketing meeting I learned sales skills to get new blood in the studio and keeping retention.
