- Lead strategic domestic logistic operation to support user to create spider web distribution channel for site area
- Develop and implement logistic plans and procedures, racking and space utilization to meet with effective storage costs
- Lead import and export activities to ensure delivery and availability of products as planned
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with team members.
- Conduct Bidding every 2 years to have the price efficient and good service quality from domestic and overseas forwarder in order to manage and control freight/transport expense as well as handling and storage from third party logistics

1. Supply Chain Dashboard now existing to make simpler to get data from scala interaction (Inventory moving, PO monitoring, report, analytical, inquiry) 2.
