Monitor and control implementation of all procedures related to the maintenance and effectiveness of safety, lifesaving and emergency equipment and inspect work activities and equipment to ensure correct operation and that procedures are implemented. Ensure that effective records are kept and updated for all equipment under his control.
Conducting safety orientation for new employees and other required HSE training sessions as per requirement of site activities.
Inspection of Heavy Equipment & Machineries (Crane/Excavator/ Pneumatic Road Rollers/Paver Machine/Power tools/Hand Tools etc.)
Implementation of safety Regulation according of Equate & HSE requirements and procedures.

Preparation of Equate Environmental Monthly reports & Updated Environmental Aspect & Impact Register.
Conduct HSE Committee meeting & prepared minute of meetings of Safety related issues.

Conducting gas test prior to the Entry in Confined Space and monitoring the conditions and requirements for the entry into the Confined Space.
Investigating and Reporting of Incident, Accident and all Near misses.
Organizing and Conducting Emergency Evacuation Mock Drill for Heat stress, Fire, Gas Leakage, Emergency Spill response, Rescue operation for the Heat Stress Victim & Confined Space.
Inspect the scaffolds and provide the Green Tag.
Maintain the Scaffolding Register.
