Vice President of Texas Operations, 2019 to 2023

Mortgage Connect LLP

Started the closing floor for Texas operations when I was hired, prior to this the office just completed CD reviews, disbursed, and issued policies. I built the curative as well as closing teams from the ground up, including hiring and training of staff. Increased staff from 16 to over 140 employees, we handled all aspects of title from search, curative, closing, disbursements, and policy issuance. Under my leadership we became a full-service title office.

In my 3 plus years we doubled our income each year, in 2021, the Texas office brought in over $25 million in profit for the company. In 2022 profit was again over $25 million.

Lowest rejects by percentage in the company.

Lowest percentage of losses taken year over year in the company.

Customer retention was 100%, our office retained our allocations even during times we lost allocation in other states.

Zero claims in my 3 plus years in Texas.

I built a particularly good relationship between our sales team and our operations staff, this culminated in an excellent working relationship, and positive full-time support for our customers.

Escrow Operations Manager, 2017 to 2019

Sapphire Title and Escrow

Responsibilities included multiple aspects of title operations, client liaison, operations support, workflow implementation, policy fulfillment, closings, curative, process improvements, employee management, accounts receivable and billing, reporting, and client development.

Captured 90% of a major national investment companies local market business, increasing closings by 120% monthly.

Increased realtor business by 30% monthly and retained all realtor business gained in my tenor.

Moved back to Texas in 2019.

Escrow Manager, 2014 to 2017

Heritage Title Co

Responsible for the escrow division at 1 of 3 facilities in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities included, daily operations, client relations, reporting weekly and monthly, process improvement and efficiency, and underwriter relations.

In my time with Heritage we increased closing on average of 20% yearly, had a 100% retention rate among all the realtors and agents we closed with, tripled lender direct business we received over a 2-year period.

Left on good terms. Moved back to Florida for family reasons.

Oversaw the daily operations in the title division to ensure that projects were completed 50% faster than industry norms.
