PUSD:

· 2/3’s of the Campuses was originally designed by Green & Green who were known for their Design of Craftsman Houses.

· As such there was a team of historical Architects that worked as consultants and reviewed the work of 16 separate A & E firms.

· Job was to manage the process and find savings for the district through mass purchasing discounts as well as agreements in place with the City of Pasadena about the installation of the City’s Fiber Optic Loop.

· Managed all of the contractors for this scope including but not limited to the finish carpentry, plastering, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural scopes.

· Was responsible for creating & reviewing the specifications for the various trades as well as the A & E. Kin Wo Construction:

· Most of the projects were for the City of SF & it’s school district.

· We did historical reconstruction at many of the SF Recreation Facilities.

· At one location near Pacific Heights had Ridge Gargoyle Carvings that required “Reconstitution” (this was in the specs.) We also did work for the China Town Chamber of Commerce which involved many historical structures that required structural work & interior renovation.

· Also managed a number of SFUSD projects from full renovations to 13 campuses that had electrical upgrades. CP Construction Consulting /6 Indian Rock Path/Berkeley CA 94707 I am Listing some of the projects I have managed in the SF Bay Area and What I was responsible for

· Port of SF; This Public works project was the demolition & then the Construction of 500 linear feet of Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk. This Included lane closures coordination with the SF Public Works Division and handling all of the communication with the end client and establishing the master schedule, Creating and executing the subcontracts and had admin assistance on the insurance certs that this project required.

· SFUSD; Had the overall responsibility for upgrading the electrical Systems at 13 campuses over one summer and had 8 Electrical Subcontractors under contract to perform the work. The work included But was not limited to setting underground vaults, grade set trans- Formers and final shakedown of the new systems.

· SFUSD; Managed 18 Modernization projects over the 5 years I was with Kin Wo.

· Managed to installation of an ATS and backup Generator system for SFFD Station#5. This included the commissioning of the Generator, the Installation of the exhaust piping and fuel tank and concrete curb surround. The Fire Captain at the time came across a meeting I was having with the Electrical Engineer and Electrician identifying the circuits that the Generator would cover. The Captain, when he heard what we were discussing requested that his Coffee Pot be included. We let him know that it was no problem. Made his day. CP Construction Consulting /6 Indian Rock Path/Berkeley CA 94707 We also did a number of recreation facilities for the city of SF. Eureka Valley Rec Center and the scope on it were the construction of a New Building 24’ in height. The other aspects of this project were a Retaining Wall, ADA Path of Travel, Play Ground Facility w/UG Utility installation. The specification for the Concrete Division called for CIP at the perimeter walls With dowels in place to tie in the CIP Roof Structure. I got with staff after we were awarded the project and brought up my idea to shift from CIP to shotcrete the walls, save time all the way around and it was easy to key the Roof into it. Made a few more changes to the Div. II scope and showed the cost & scope reduction to the client and reminded them that I was due the profit for this scope reduction. I handed this one off to one of my PM’s after getting this scope redefined and part of the construction documents.

Richmond Playground The scope for this one was the complete modernization and the salvage and reclamation of a historical structure on this site. We regraded the Eastern side of the park and installed a new playground a local artist of some fame created Round Obelisks at the upper entrance, our scope for this was the forming of the base and installation of the artists mounting fixture. We also upgraded the tennis courts, basketball courts, ADA restrooms. The historical structure had extensive water damage including dry rot. With our own crew we carefully removed all of the interior paneling and moved if to a storage container on site. The Roof structure required removal as it did not meet any of the current code applicable span dimensions. The toughest part of the roof structure was the carved gargoyles attached at the two gable end ridges. These were carefully removed to a fine architectural Wood working firm in SF. They cleaned them and then inserted fixtures at their ends, they provided receivers for our carpentry crew. The salvaged interior paneling was sanded and re-stained to match. Oakland Unified School District

We modernized two elementary schools, two middle schools & one high school. The usual scope looked the same as it was first the abatement of LBP & Asbestos, CP Construction Consulting /6 Indian Rock Path/Berkeley CA 94707 both of which were in great abundance in the existing structures. Franklin Elementary School, when excavating for our footings for a new structure we came across an existing wet trench also an abandoned sewer line. That was a discovered issue and we worked with the District to come up with a cost effective saving that would meet all of the A & E as well as City of Oakland Public Works requirements. The district’s contingency took a hit. So, we worked on lowering the finish costs to help off-set it. We were awarded a CO with time for this discovered condition.

Edna Brewer Middle School, One of the two middle schools we worked as this one had the most A & E issues. The DSA office in Oakland missed some glaring mistakes between the plans and specifications. During the Prebid RFI segment we sent in a number for clarification and did not get many back with clear direction and bid the job on the Plans and Specifications as written. During the pre- construction meeting, I handed out copies of the RFI’s that had gone unanswered. I had noted on the RFI’s exactly what the impact to the Schedule/Cost & Scope would be. We were awarded a substantial CO prior to being fully mobilized. Chinatown Community Development Center, We did many Affordable Housing seismic upgrades in the Chinatown corridor. We also upgraded the electrical systems, appliances & plumbing upgrades. Patch & Finish level III. ECCI

Managed muti million-dollar projects for the DOD from the design to the construction of projects that were anywhere from 10 to 100 square miles. Ran the Design studio in Erbil Iraq and did site surveys and then ran the design with 3 architects 8 drafters. Met twice a day with the Design Team in the morning then at the end of their day. We CP Construction Consulting /6 Indian Rock Path/Berkeley CA 94707 worked 7/12, which is 7 days a week 12 hours a day. After pulling a

$165 Million Dollar project out of the dark so to speak I was tasked with three things before I arrived there. #1 was to get the client back, the second was to get the team working together and the third was to finish it. I did all three things and 2 weeks after my arrival I met with the with the crew and drew a x/ graph. So much time left and so much money to bill. My first billing at the end of my first month was $32 Million dollars. The owner of the company called me and asked how I had done it. I explained that I was paying my 10 Iraqi engineers who were my superintendents $50 USD for every building they turned over with a zero-punch list. He asked if he could let the other teams know about this. I explained that he owned the company as was free to use my method as he saw fit. I did ask him to reimburse me for the $50 USD I had given to the engineers. He said no problem and I received a $50K bonus that month. I then was sent to our PMO office in Aman Jordan and worked on the threat assessments for the projects in Iraq that ECCI was bidding on. Then I was told to go to the Sudanese embassy and get a visa for an emergency project out in the wilds of Sudan. I did get the Visa but it was never stamped. I am not able to discuss what I was doing there but I had 10 days to accomplish the project. I was then back in Aman in the pool and the admiral I worked for stopped by and told me that the Government was very happy with what I had done and then told me to pack my chest and get to Dubai for a 6-month visa for Afghanistan. I asked who was traveling with me and he said that he was sending me alone and that my responsibilities were to open a bank account with the seed money they sent me $500,000 to open the account with, also power of Attorney. Then I had eight projects around the country so I was traveling around the country by Convoy or mil air. I CP Construction Consulting /6 Indian Rock Path/Berkeley CA 94707 was done after those projects and came back to the states. I was then reached out to by an Afghan corporation who wanted me to be their CEO. I accepted it and went back to Kabul and moved into the corporate Villa. My contract was 12 months and they extended it by 6 months. I took the golden parachute and came back to the states. Upon my return I had quite the nest egg so I took my time to find a company that my talents could assist.

BurgerIM

I was the corporate director of Construction and as such ran the design and issued RFPs to contractors across the country. I selected architectural teams local to the area so that their plans were just about bullet proof. I traveled all the time and have really good contacts across the country. I burned out and called it quits and then began my own work.

CP Construction Consulting /6 Indian Rock Path/Berkeley CA 94707 CP Construction Consultant

Worked as a construction site auditor for multiple projects around the Bay Area, project sizes were

anywhere from $795K to $105 MM. As the auditor I

would visit the sites once a month and with the

G702/G703 invoice in hand I would visit the site and walk it to confirm the scope percentages. If I agreed I let the invoice proceed to the bank, If I did not agree I would recommend that the percentage was to be

Reduced in some cases eliminated from the invoice.
