I was responsible for making outgoing marketing calls to residential homeowners. My primary objective was to gain permission, then analyze each potential clients infile credit report and offer a loan program that would restructure their current debt, or interest rates, into a modified loan that would save them money, or benefit them based on their needs. I reviewed infile credit reports from all 3 major bureaus, quoted a new loan based on government guidelines, and clients credit worthiness. I requested payoff amounts from all the clients current debtors for loan restructuring purposes. I educated the client about the new loan program, it's terms and conditions, and guided each customer throughout the closing process with agent from title company.
