• Responsible for creating a compensation structure for more than 700 employees, inclusive of pay bands to reduce compression and maintain pay equity resulting in a reduction in turnover by 40% and an increase in employee engagement by 30%.

• Led the open enrollment benefits process for three (3) franchise owned/private equity backed organizations.

• Completed Korn Ferry Competency Certification training and led a team of 8 organizational leaders through a strategic process to create the organization’s competency framework of 11 competencies.

Currently ECP is the largest franchised owner of Planet Fitness gyms in the country (100+) with over 800 employees with locations in Connecticut, New York, Arizona, Canada and New Mexico. • Recruited to build and launch the corporate HR function for a growing private equity organization with the strategical forecasted outlook to increase the initial portfolio from 15 to over 100 assets and expand the footprint from a single market to seven geographies in 3 years.

• Developed a training and development program designed to reinforce “bench” strength for hard to fill positions for both the assets and the growing private equity team.

• Created recruiting and performance management processes that resulted in a reduction in turnover over two years by 66% from an initial 112% total turnover.
