Prepare welding surfaces by cleaning, grinding or polishing according to project specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and drawings to determine welding requirements.

Select the appropriate type of weld based on the materials to be joined.

Configure and adjust welding machines according to job specifications.

Weld together metal parts using various welding processes such as arc welding, spot welding, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) or Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding.

Ensure weld quality by visually inspecting welded joints and using non-destructive testing if necessary.

Meet safety standards by wearing personal protective equipment and following safety procedures.

Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and technicians, to ensure compliance with project specifications.
