PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Honeywell Intelligrated Mason, Ohio 2018-Present Sr. Project Analyst

● Mentor and train new associates within the department in the US, Mexico and European Union in the creation, management and execution of invoices for the group. Answer questions from colleagues about processes and tasks that they are unsure of how to complete. At this time the billing department has 8 associates.

● Create and maintain process documentation for the billing department. This includes day to day billing processes, client specific processes, and specialized tasks that are done infrequently. Ensure that directions are step by step, clear and concise and include screenshots for reference.

● Work with auditors on SOX audits. This includes pulling all of the requested information and answering any questions the auditors might have.

● Create invoices for projects related to all major systems, LSS and software services for Honeywell Intelligrated installations, including main project billing, as well as invoicing separately for both freight and parts.

● Account manager for major clients including Home Depot and Walmart, as well as supporting other analysts with their clients

● Partner with the project management team on project billing schedules to ensure invoices go out after work has been completed or hardware delivered. Make necessary changes to billing amounts and schedules based on information from Project managers.

● Created and maintained process documents for assigned clients. This included day to day tasks and vendor specific instructions.

● Conducted training sessions for associates in the US and India. Answered questions on processes and set up refresher training sessions as needed. Training sessions conducted were for groups up to 50.

● ● Assisted in implementing new clients. Worked with Systems Group to ensure client records transferred seamlessly to a new platform. Tested all processes end to end to make sure any changes did not break another process. Ensured plan rules were enforced in the HRIS system. Kept records of achievements and learning opportunities to review each month. Achievement review helped keep employee satisfaction up to keep turnover low. Learning opportunities were reviewed and worked with associates to make sure they understood the correct action to take in the future. Training refreshers were set up if necessary.

● Created and maintained process documents for the department. This included working with the legal department to make changes when an interpretation of the business rules changed.

● Worked with auditors to pull requested information and answer questions they may have had.

● Demonstrated initiative, error-free work, and diligence in several roles: Commission Coordinator (1998-1999), HR Coordinator (1997-1998), and Senior Benefits Coordinator (1999-2007).

● Use pension business rules to determine the correct pension benefit and translate that into a lump sum payment and monthly annuities. This included manual calculation pension benefits as well as producing rates out of Great Plains. Rate of accuracy for this process was consistently at 99%.

● Research and correct commissions for sales associates in the Macy's East store region. Communicate with management and access Point-of-sale records to drive resolution of sales discrepancies and potential fraud.

● Answer Macy’s East stores’ payroll, benefits, and vacation questions using the PTIA HR system via a multi-line phone system. Support store managers in the allocation and scheduling of PTO.
