I am a motivated and dynamic Rwandese working with NGALI HOLDINGS LTD tax fees collector since December 2016 after serving in similar positions in Gasabo District now am working in Nyarugenge District . In this role, I have been intensively involved in tax collection within the above Districts also in targets settings and dealings with taxpayers. I have theoretical as well as practical experience in providing tax collecting and how taxpayers can be served. I have accumulated tangible experience & skills over time from my educational training as well as my professional career. A diverse working experience from working for different Districts (Gasabo & Nyarugenge) as well as in local Government collection. I have deep knowledge of the mechanisms on how local government taxes can be collected and especially in target setting and how can achieving the implemented strategies. I also have capacities in formulating policies and programs, initiating and following up their implementation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from KIGALI INDEPENDENT UNIVERSITY (ULK) since September 2014 and have undertaken so many other professional courses in various domains. 2
