•Developed a comprehensive proposal for establishing a new Business Performance group to improve organizational effectiveness and performance in the Customer Experience Management group.
•Drove the initiation of the Self Service Strategy project to redirect over 4.5 million customers to electronic channels. Led a competitive bidding and evaluation process and selected qualified consulting partners for implementation of the multi-phase and multi-year strategy.
CUSTOMER PROGRAMS PORTFOLIO MANAGER 2003-2007
•Managed a team that championed the development and implementation of the Customer Programs Portfolio process and its Support Office (a PMO-like office focused on products) which allowed online gathering of performance metrics and strategic management of over 120 customer programs and services worth over $500 million.

•Implemented an extensive Organizational Change Management plan (OCM) for over 150 stakeholders and over 50 product/project managers and support staff within customer service business unit.
•Integrated efforts with Client PMOs, Market Research, Finance, Market Segment teams, and various program management and support groups to ensure successful implementation.
•Led development of web-based Energy Manager (EM) product line strategy and the launch of Bill Manager product

•Launched Net Energy Metering (NEM) program allowing customers to install solar systems and connect to SCE’s grid.

•Directed and managed three cross-functional product teams to develop segment focused products for Governmental, Industrial and Commercial customers.
