Assist the Farm Manager in overseeing day-to-day farm operations, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

Supervise farm workers and provide guidance on tasks such as crop cultivation, irrigation, fertilization and harvesting

Plan and execute planting schedules, irrigation strategies, and pest control measures to maximize crop yield and quality.

Collaborate with the Farm Manager to develop and manage budgets, including cost control measures and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of farm infrastructure, machinery, and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in agriculture to enhance productivity and sustainability standards, and quality control procedures.
