Skilled in working with landlords and tenants.

Two major activities for majority of my career have been Real Estate Investment sales and disposition of surplus properties for large format retailers.

I attained the prestigious CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors in 1994. The course work specializes in the analysis of income producing real estate assets. Nationally, approximately 5% of real estate professionals qualify for the designation.

Investment sales include 5 regional malls for owners for example: Citi Bank and New York Life. The most recent was Golden Triangle Mall in Denton, Texas for J. P. Morgan/Chase Bank.

Sold numerous multi-tenant shopping centers with anchors such as Albertsons and Hobby Lobby.

Sold multiple free standing single tenants including L. A. Fitness, Chase Bank and Jason’s Deli.

Handled the sale of land, office buildings and industrial properties.

Property Dispositions include several major projects as well as many individual vacant properties for different ownership entities.

Handy Dan was a company started by the founders of Home Depot that was bought out by Channel Home Centers. I was entrusted with 58 properties from Texas throughout the Southeast. I supervised a team of brokers from 7 different firms. Together we sold or leased 991,000 square feet of them.

Furr’s Grocery in Lubbock, Texas gave me the exclusive on 50 closed stores in Texas and New Mexico. I sold or leased 513,000 square feet of the properties.

Kmart gave me the exclusive for their Texas Properties when they closed those stores. I executed 20 deals for them.

Credit Suisse/First Boston Corporation gave me the exclusives to sell or lease 26 former Food Lion buildings. I was 100% successful at completing that project.

Prior to my joining Weitzman, I was the Leasing Agent for Federated Stores Realty, Homart, Herring and Ernest Hahn Company. The malls were: Prestonwood Towne Centre/Dallas, Greenspoint Mall/Houston, Temple, Texas, North Brook Court/Chicago and Collin Creek Mall/Plano. I was the exclusive agent for leasing NorthPark Mall/Dallas for over 2 years

I was a sales representative for IBM in San Antonio before starting my career in Real Estate.
