• Responsible for 1st piece, in-process and final inspection of all jobs in production and retaining samples for up to 3 years.

• Creation and implementation of in-house calibration program. Calibrating tools for manufacturing facility, machine shop, corporate offices and warehouses in RI, TN, MO, NC and IN branches.

• Pulled job specific alloys per work order, issued to production keeping accurate count of pounds used.

• Scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs of trucks, containers and/or equipment then loaded and/or unloaded according to ISO procedure segregating non-conforming product as needed.

• Created and assigned lot numbers and tagged according to diameter and type of material.

• Operation and maintenance of wastewater filtration system in accordance with The Narragansett Bay Commission.

• Creation of internal spec sheets for manufacturing per IFI, ASTM standards or customer prints for each department

• Wrote up NCR’s, CAR’s, SCAR’s and held for disposition until root cause was found then reported findings to the director of quality

• ISO internal lead auditor NQA certified conducting internal audits and training new auditors

• Performed visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met before releasing product for manufacturing and/or shipping

• Creation and implementation of SOP’s and work instructions

• Inventory control and cycle counting inventory to provide upper management with stock replenishment suggestions

• Promoted from within to corporate sales team

• Ability to consistently lift 100lbs plus.
