WOMEN’S HEALTH. The Shifa Clinic: Charleston, SC
Outpatient OBGYN. Treated obstetric and gynecologic conditions in uninsured and indigent adolescent, adult, and elderly women. Performed procedures including Papanicolaou cytology smear, insertion and removal of subdermal and intrauterine contraceptives, endometrial biopsy, and cervical cytology interpretation.
EMERGENCY MEDICINE. Memorial Health Medical Center: Savannah, GA
Level I Trauma Center. Managed emergent and fast track medical care. Performed procedures including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, endotracheal intubation, fracture reduction, casting and splinting, incision and drainage, laceration repair, placement of foley catheters, and diagnostic imaging and laboratory interpretation.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. Salveo Integrative Health: Atlanta, GA
Outpatient Psychiatry. Treated behavioral and psychiatric conditions in the adult and pediatric population including mood disorders, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, disorders of childhood, somatic disorders, gender and sexual disorders, and personality disorders.
PEDIATRICS. Memorial Health Medical Center: Savannah, GA
Outpatient & Inpatient Pediatrics. Provided acute, chronic, and well visit care for patients from birth through adolescence. Provided preventative care, medication management, ordered appropriate labs and diagnostic imaging. Performed procedures including lumbar puncture and vaccination administration.
CRITICAL CARE. Memorial Health Medical Center: Savannah, GA
Neurologic, Medical, Trauma, & Cardiac ICU. Managed critical patients on devices such as mechanical ventilation, Impella, continuous renal replacement therapy, and hemodialysis. Performed procedures including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, endotracheal intubation, placement of central & arterial lines, nasogastric & orogastric tube placement, and intravenous access. Consoled families with loved ones in the end-stages of life.

General Surgery. Managed pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care in the surgical setting. First assisted in surgical procedures including appendectomies, cholecystectomies, exploratory laparotomies, colonic resections, mastectomies, and lumpectomies. Performed wound care, suturing, and stapling.
