oProvide a wide range of administrative support to Director, Deputy of VWAP, and staff within the Office of the Chief Prosecutor. Participate in-house staff meetings, meeting by CCTV or Teams. Ensure memos, emails, correspondences, documents, and reports are meticulously researched, analyzed, and written appropriately in accordance with AID and Army Reg 25-50.

oProvides information to victims on schedule changes, status of defendant's pleas, results of trial by email or letter. Coordinate mailing of victim-witness notifications letters. Maintains staff calendar, and calendars in SharePoint on active cases, that includes keeping track of hearings, trial dates, and sentencing dates. Inputs victim data into applicable database(s).

oPrepare travel requests in accordance with travel guidelines, policies, and regulations to Guantanamo Bay (GTMO). Coordinate travel arrangements for victims, their families, and witnesses to attend the trials in GTMO or the RHR.

oTravel/escort VFMs to Guantanamo Bay or the RHR. Involved in serving and providing in-court support to victims during or prior to hearings and trials on the Island. Use software applications, SharePoint, LexisNexis, access, and Microsoft Office suite to enter or collect information and organize data, to prepare reports, compose briefing or correspondence.
