●Referring to parts manuals (both hardcopy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model, and year of the vehicle.
Service Manager
●Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance.
●Creating goals and objectives, which includes an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business.
●Provide training on company policies and procedures for all department personnel.
●Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
Service Advisor
●Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and receiving vehicle information.
●Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining the information on the repair order.
●Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, considering the customer's schedule.
