JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling recruitment responsibility for various positions with Telephonic interaction for candidates in Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, consumer durables clients.

Handling the entire (Non-Technical as well as Technical) profiles.

Sourcing profiles from Job Portal (Naukri/ Times.) as per the client's requirement.

Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, technical fit, communication and pay package etc.

Conducting telephonic interview for Candidates to judge their communication skill and comfort level.

Responsible for all reference checks of all relevant candidates.

Posting job on Portal like Times and Naukri.

Co-ordination with the clients and candidates and carrying out the recruitment process smoothly.

Strong data management - Clean track of total recruitment activity, interviews (Daily, weekly, monthly) offers and joining and ensuring up-to- date compliance of the recruitment system and directives as communicated from time to time.

Scheduling and conducting preliminary rounds of Interviews and coordinating with clients as well as candidate towards mutually convenient schedules.

Assessing the comfort level of candidates, motivating them and negotiating the offer on behalf of the client and carrying out Reference checks in specific cases as desired by client.

Identification of potential candidates by many sources like-jobsite, Network, database, recruitment firm, Headhunting, Referencing etc. to source the right candidate.

Fixing up interviews, counseling and maintaining database for prospective candidates.
