SOLUTIONS DESIGN & DELIVERY

Serving as Client Success Manager, delivered all the projects sold by the account team collaborating across the organization with various support teams, such as sales engineering, network, market data, and servers, building and deploying all project components that directly led to revenue recognition for the firm.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

Created a new capital budget process for the electronic trading businesses while conforming to all the Citi policies and procedures optimizing the existing process to improve the engineering approval cycle and speeding up procurement of capital equipment to meet business needs.

NEGOTIATION

Negotiated contracts in collaboration with Legal and Procurement counterparts on the requirements of the electronic trading businesses for colocation data center space, market data normalization products, and the latest technologies.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

Commissioned a new environment at Citi and decommissioned the legacy environment, saving the business approximately $2.5M/year as well as improving service.

Led the sales efforts for a number of preeminent financial services firms successfully up selling Pico products and services into essentially saturated accounts, including a new $1.2M colocation data center in Mexico for a global firm and a $2.4M expansion of the fixed income configuration to large regional firm.

Analyzed business requirements and implemented an infrastructure outsourcing project for an electronic market making business. The final configuration included everything from desktops up to and including direct market data connectivity in exchange collocation facilities and connectivity back to corporate resources as well as a disaster recovery/business continuity environment. Lead business contract negotiator. Assisted in the development of Citi's Third Party Risk Assessment Program as part of migration requirements to outsource vendor. Prepared financial analysis and budget and tracked through implementation including recognizing cost savings through decommissioning of legacy environment.

Senior Vice President: Systematic Trading Infrastructure (STI) Manager

Built and led global support team responsible for all server, storage, database, desktop, client connectivity and 24/7 monitoring. This team supported all electronic trading businesses at Citi. Business representative on vendor Third Party Information Security Assessments. Lead business contract negotiator for third party data center contracts, market data accelerator products and other new technology requirements. Prepared and tracked all budgets for electronic businesses infrastructure technology including preparing all capital expenditure requisitions. Established and implemented metrics and reporting for all STI technology support teams.

Vice President: Global Continuity of Business Coordinator

Executed global business continuity planning for all Equities trading floors and support businesses in compliance with company policy. Planning included determining business critical recovery requirements and mapping all applications to underlying resources. Developed and implemented a division wide voice recovery plan.
