Serve as a member of the traumatic incidence response team (TIRT). Provide health and wellness training to individuals who have been exposed to trauma and chronic stress. Develop clinical interview questions for Peer Support recertification. Conduct clinical interviews for certified Peer Support members applying for recertification. Provide quarterly Health and Wellness training to Peer Support Program (PSP), HSI agents, Enforcement Removable Operations (ERO) agents, Office of Personal Responsibility (OPR) agents, Child Exploitation Investigations Unit (CEIU), Management and Administration (M&A), Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), and Intelligence Analysis (IA). Provide training on topics such as overview of EAP/Work Like Program services, stress and trauma, stress, resilience, and self-care, burnout and stress, depression, suicide awareness, dynamics of addictive behavior, substance abuse, balancing work and personal life, civility in the workplace, contending with change, retirement, the benefit of being a balance boss, effective communication, relationships, elder care, boss, the value of mindfulness, and time management.
