Served as the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network (TN) Plans and Operations Lead for Joint Service and Coalition Exercises and served as the Deputy Test Lead for four Network Integration Evaluations (NIE) when Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Products were participants in Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Operational Tests in a Tactical Environment with a Brigade sized element testing these products. Managed and serves at the Training Manager overseeing New Equipment and Refresher Training twice per year training more than 400 Soldiers per year accounting for approximately 6,500 man hours of training per iteration. Planned and executed a maintenance program with the Installation Directorate of Logistics that streamlined vehicle maintenance in support of the Integration Effort, which reduced the time needed to accomplish from five days per vehicle to less than one day and served as the final Quality Assurance Manager for the Production of Tactical Network Platforms by the Army Program Office – Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) for buyback by the US Government for New Equipment Fielding’s across the Army.

Served as an Army G-8 liaison with the responsibility to conduct Total Package Fielding and New Equipment Training for 15 Military Programs with 167 Line Item Numbers (LINs) emphasizing on military installation/site coverage and a focus of coordinating and reporting on any installation equipment concerns/activities with Department of the Army interests, between installations, Headquarters Department of the Army, and other Army representatives as appropriate. Focused on understanding the Army requisition process and accountability of equipment transferred in various logistics systems used by the Army. Demonstrated an application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment of the Logistics planning processes so as to enhance the quality and effectiveness of complex logistics programs. Personally fielded more than One Billion Dollars of equipment and coordinated training more than 9,500 soldiers in the use of the equipment at Fort Bliss, Texas.
