The 42-inch long 800-kilometer gas pipeline will transport natural gas through a submarine route that will start off the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, near Brownsville, Texas and end at Tuxpan, in the state of Veracruz, with a capacity of 2,600 million. cubic feet daily. This Gas Pipeline is a joint venture between TransCanada (60%) and Sempra Energy’s Mexican unit IEnova (40%). The $3.1bn project is being developed by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) of Mexico, and will become the country’s first undersea pipeline upon completion. Project duty analyze and control the cost and the time for all the project ON/OFFSHORE. Coordinate both teams and make the risk analysis in Primavera risk analysis, determining the likely duration and the real cost of the project. Issue and implement a Business Change Control systems and processes monitoring the impact in term of cost and schedule. I ‘m the responsible for the follow-up of Client invoicing and payments, for the coordination of the financial and administrative issues during the warranty period (close-out of the project), relations with the accounting branch department, and also of the monitor the aged balance of the project, of the Project set-up with the creation of the procedure and I participate to the project's review meetings with auditors. Project Scope of work is to provide natural gas transportation service from the existing Chihuahua Pipeline near El Encino to delivery locations near El Oro and Topolobampo, both in the State of Sinaloa. The Facilities consists of a NPS 30 pipeline, two (2) bi-directional compressor stations, one (1) bi-directional receipt meter station, two (2) delivery meter stations and all required valves, pig launchers/receivers, and facilities necessary for safe and reliable operation. The gas pipeline is designed to transport 655.7 MMSCFD of Gas to the tie-in point on the 42” OGD-II pipeline located near Thamama C at Habshan 1. The condensate pipeline is designed to transport 6,840 Metric Tons per day (TPD) of condensate to the tie-in point on the existing 18” condensate pipeline from Asab to Habshan. The NGL pipeline is designed to transport 5,311 Metric Tons per day (TPD) of NGL to the tie-in point on the new 24” NGL pipeline from Asab to Habshan. Project duty and analysis is to control the cost and the time for the project, analyze the schedule in term of cost and risk. Make the risk analysis in Monte Carlo software and determining the risk model for the project assuring a time risk contingency not over of 10% of the construction schedule. Make the risk register after a common meeting with the engineering, procurement and construction leaders. All the risk analysis has been done in cooperate with other EPC contractor (Hunday, Samsung). Managing and Coordination of all the Maintenance activities of the Off Shore Re-gasifier.

With a utilization rate of its regasification capacity of more than 90%, above the current average usage of energy infrastructure, which is around 70% (source EIR), the Adriatic LNG terminal - located in the Upper Adriatic Sea, about 15 km off the coast - is confirmed as a strategic infrastructure for the supply of gas in our country. 80% of the capacity of the terminal is used by Edison for regasification LNG imported from Qatar North Field reservoir, based on supply agreement with Ras Gas for a period of 25 years. The remaining 20% available for other operators. (Lump Sum).

Contract EPM and Construction Supervision with Client includes the performance of Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction Supervision, and Assistance for Start-up of the Trans Austria Gasleitung (TAG) Expansion.
