Now I am doing my job In charge (Electrical Maintenance) in HF Power Ltd. (a Power Plant company) from 2nd February 2019 to till date.

113 MW Heavy Fuel Oil Based Power Plant.

Mirwarishpur, Bagamgong, Noakhali.

HF Power Ltd, a high efficiency cogeneration power plant to supply electricity to BPDB. Powered by 12 Wartsila W20V32E HFO engine and two Triveni steam turbine with combined instilled capacity of 123 MW. The 113 MW at grid capacity power project of the most efficient HFO power generation plant in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Participated in Plant Installation, erection and commissioning under the observation of project engineer of Megnus Power Pvt Ltd, India.

1. Erection, commissioning, Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of duel fuel Engine

wartsila Engine (Type: Wasilla W20V32 Engine,12 Nos Engines including Auxiliary).

2. Follow up Electrical maintenance works including 132 KV sub-station.

3. Operation and monitoring parameter of Storage Tank, Service tank fuel treatment plant

and related auxiliary system.

4. Operation & Maintenance Triveni Turbine (3075 KW) & TDPS Alternator (3000 KW)

Exhaust Gas Boiler (12pcs) & Auxiliary Boiler (3Ton) and Auxiliary steam system. Follow

up water treatment plant.

5. Maintenance and troubleshoot Digital excitation system (AVR –Unitrol system,

Alternator-Operation, troubleshoot & Maintenance AVK (Type: DIG 167 d/8, 8730 KVA).

6. Power Transformer (65/80 MVA, 11KV/132 KV) operating and Maintenance, Isolator, LA,

CT & PT daily check & yearly schedule maintenance carry out.

7. Operation & Maintenance Combined Module (HT, LT AND LO) Controller with PLC

System.

8. Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of lube oil separators (12 Pcs)

manufactured by ALFA-LAVAL and H.F.O. Separator (Three pcs) ALFA -LAVAL and Oil water separator (Brand –ALFA-LAVAL, 01 PC)

9. Responsible for prepared Daily Operation report, Fuel report, Monthly outage report,

weekly available report, shift operation report & revenue meter report. Corresponding

with BPDB, PGCB & NLDC about plant Generation report, and KVAR report.

Participated in Plant Installation, erection and commissioning under the observation of project engineer of Royce power, China

Lead and supervise an operation group to safe, efficient & economical running of all equipments in a shift for generation as per available capacity and grid demand.

Ensure that all routine activities strictly followed by Shift Engineers & check any kind of abnormalities as well as trouble shooting if required.

Routine check of all equipments (Main engines, FO modules, LO auto backwash and duplex filters, purifiers, Lube oil and water coolers, pumps, air compressors, Boilers, RO plant, Cooling tower etc.) & their scheduled maintenance activities timely.

Check & analyze technical data of log sheet and preparing daily generation and other operational reports to be submitted to management, Maintain Shift log book and prepare CMWO & PMWO forms for maintenance request and coordinate with maintenance team.

Communicate with NLDC and local BPDB people for timely operation as per their load demand and any kind of difficulties as like high/low grid frequency, grid failure etc.

Analyze different systems as like fuel system, Lubricating system, Cooling system, Intake and exhaust system, starting system etc. for improved operation and reduce Fuel and lube oil consumption as well as own consumption.

Motivate the Asst shift engineers and communicate with higher management and carried out the orders for any kind of operation and plant related activities and issues.
