I was hired as a server, and was responsible for that area of knowledge. I quickly moved up to supervisor, which included responsibilities such as, Cash balance, Waitstaff reports, Scheduling, and training. As of December 2015, I was promoted to General Manager of two locations. I was then responsible for, bookkeeping, all invoices, hiring of entertainment, hiring of staff, payroll, food cost and labor cost,health department guidelines, as well as fire department checks. Catering and private parties were a large source, and they all were filtered through the chef and myself.
I created the new beverage menus, and worked with our vendors, to receive their advertising products at no cost to the business for exchange of free advertisement.

This has and always will be one of my favorite places. I was hired as a server and held the position as head server. My responsibilities included, prompt customer service, excellent speaking skills, troubleshooting for the systems in place, POS, and Aloha. All larger parties, including private ones, I was given the duty of serving them alone. It was a challenge and also an entertaining factor to the customers, since at a very young age I was taught how to retain my orders without pen and pad, a skill that does great for great entertainment, and respect.
