1.I had a great customer service experience there and also managed heavy boxes of food while securing the store in my closing shifts.

2.I also followed each and every safety protocol such as to make sure that signs are placed on areas so that customers are aware not to slip.

3.I even worked on overnight shifts because the store is opened 24 hours.

4.I went through from various situations and handled them calmly. Once a child accidently throw coffee on the counter and some on his food as well. I handled the situation very calmly by making the kid feel comfortable and gave them food again for free and then we cleaned the counter.

5.In many situations when some customer argues due to, they were dissatisfied with their meals or maybe get wrong food, I always make sure to handle the situation in a way that everyone will be satisfied.

Condor Security Inc.

1.Greet residents upon entering the site and assisting them with any inquiries related to the building operations.

2.Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure proper coordination of the activities related to the site.

3.Performing administration duties related to the site and preparing daily reports to be reported to the property management.

Secure group (govt. Hotels)-

1.I worked with secure group security for 2 months and worked in Radisson hotel and Hamilton hotel.

2.I had to sign in and out all the workers and sanitize their hands and pens.

3.I guided travellers and visitors there.

4.Reporting and managing problems faced by people and handled all bookings and paperwork.

5.There are some peoples quarantined on the top floor of Hamilton hotel which is classified as red zone. We have to restrict access to those area because they might turn out to be positive.

6.Got fire training there that how to manage fire alarms in case of fire and what to do.

First Security Protection Services (Heintzman condors)-

1.Greet residents every time I see them and solving their issues and notify to management.

2.Handled packages of residents and entering them into system. Handover the packages to residents only after viewing their identity or the passcode mentioned on system so that nothing will misplace.

3.Doing patrols on several times so that no homeless can reside inside the parking area because garage doors opened for 30 seconds. Sometimes homeless people come inside and stay in there. They even sometimes have weapons with them.

4.Regularly checking equipment’s like elevators are working properly or not, people are able to buzz in to security or not etc.

5.Approve and block booking of gym and yoga room. I have to block booking after every hour so that there is some time between two person s using gym due to covid.

Security- Elite Residential Concierge Service

(September 2022 – March 2023)
