Collaborate with members at the USDA-ARS to learn proper collection and processing of crop samples.

Prepare and process all crop samples using techniques including lyophilizing, grinding, and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) submitted by UDC and its partners.

Serve as a liaison between UDC and the USDA-ARS to ensure all needs, methods, and objectives are properly communicated.
