My apologies on the picture of the sloth, otherwise I could not upload my message. To be honest, I have a range of expertise in customer service, medical, and clerical. The last 7-8 years though consisted of straight working full time as a server and bartender. I started there since 2014 and then we closed during co-vid and worked a little in 2022. Besides that, I can't remember dates but I worked as a medical receptionist around 2010-2011. I have worked as a retail associate at J. Crew for the holiday season of 2011. I worked at a call center for the "Book of the Month Club," and received two high manager positivity notes from my manager based on customers. I worked at Boscovs as a retail associate at Boscov's in 2012 and then Big Lots in 2013. I also served and bartended at the Naval Officers Club as well. From then on, I worked at Lancaster Brewing Company until 2022 and was complimented and highlighted all over Yelp numerous times regarding my service to customers. So from anything to clerical, administrative, being super organized, being able to multi-task, I can handle different places and circumstances. I just am ready to find a career that's rewarding and makes you feel accomplished like being able to truly be there for customers. I lost my father when I was 13, I lost my stepfather when I was 15, and then lost my brother on Christmas Eve of 2010. I can very much relate to people who are going through grief, loss, and trauma. I know this is not the most professional way to submit a resumè but I figured my chance could be as well as a copy/paste basic resumē.
