Worked with the Sr. Architect/Engineer to plan the conversion to Single Sign-On and incorporation of two-factor authentication, with an infrastructure change from a flat, segmented organization to a three-ring segmented topology, which allowed the isolation of the PCI components, along with DMZ and other firewall installations.

Provided PMO support with SDLC artifacts, Quality Gates, ORR processes, reports, procedures, and metrics; prepared presentations for project portfolio summary meetings and created Project Summary Reports (PSRs).

Worked with the Amtrak management team on the Change Management plan to implement the new systems and changes to the way organization did business. Planned training for new processes and procedures and developed communications plans for implementation and rolling out new equipment.
