Extensive experience in the construction industry which includes Industrial which includes (chemical plants, Government nuclear, Food processing, Oil and Gas, extensive Waste Water Treatment projects). Document control from risk management of contracts documents as well as analyzing the stability of sub- contractors. Investigation of secured funding and follow through on all billings and draws. Extensive experience in writing RFP’s for acquiring subcontractors in all disciplines of construction as well as being well educated in writing sub contract agreements for execution. • Started Portneuf Electric Inc in 2001, President and CEO responsible for all operations, annual sales in excess of 12 million. Included in the Electrical contracting business, setup a low voltage division for fire alarm, data, access control, CCTV to support the electrical division and keep profitability at a higher level.

• Started River’s Edge Energy Inc in 2009, Vice President, responsible for development and patents for UL listed parts, marketing and sales. Traveled to Shain hi, China to develop relationships for sales and manufacturing of large and small wind turbines as well as solar projects. Familiar with procurement and shipping from China to the United States and the entities that are involved.

• Project Manager and Estimator for an oil/gas electrical construction company based out of Grand Junction, Colorado. Estimated compressor station projects and when awarded the projects, reviewed contracts, contract schedules, as well as, went to the field to manage the projects. Conducted meetings between all parties involved to meet schedules and resolve any issues. Traveled from Fort Luptin, Colorado across the country to Bend, Oregon. Managing up to 300 electrical and instrumentation crews at any given time.

• Developed an electrical division for a regional contractor. Attended customer meetings, review drawings, commissioning of installed electrical and instrumentation systems, performed estimates and submitted bids. Purchased equipment, staffed and trained workforce, and totally managed the awarded projects. Grew the business to over $10million in gross revenue in two years, covering four states. Made continuous contributions to company profits and generated a regional reputation for under-budget, on-schedule performance. These projects ranged from 7 story-parking garages, $500,000.00, several schools new and remodels from $340,000.00 to $5,990,000.00. Hospitals from $125,000.00 to $1.5 million. Located in Hillsboro Oregon, a very large A/E firm who would develop drawings and design for the tool install group at Intel. Included coordination of electrical, structural and mechanical engineers from across the globe. The work was done remotely. The work followed a schedule given by the owner to meet deadlines for installation of tooling going into the facility. Managed safety, output of schedule, IT dept, and general labor issues and oversite. Company contract was from Ireland. EC Electric Inc. (June 2019- June 2022) (Sr Project Manager) (Rate of pay $200,000 annually including bonuses) Located in Hillsboro Oregon, a very large electrical company performing tool install work for a large semi- conductor manufacture facility. The manpower was peaked out at 200 electricians and included the over site of 10 office staff as well as the material handlers and purchasing. Included billing, contract negotiations, safety and general oversite of all mentioned. This group was under performing when I arrived and we became profitable within 3 months of my arrival.

Located in Pocatello Idaho, this business was established in 2012 and has taken contract consulting and estimating projects using McCormick estimating software as well as other construction computer-based software, I have been working in the Oil and Gas industry as well as large commercial based projects. The work has consisted of home- based work, performing estimating and detailed take off for projects to purchase materials and equipment used in the construction of the projects. Review of electrical and construction drawings to establish pricing as well as field support to construct projects to be built on time and on budget. Job function was to manage 4 electrical subcontractors to perform the installation of the process control systems for a very large yogurt plant. Scheduled labor and manpower to reach a very aggressive schedule of completion. Detailed and provided the materials needed for the installation. Worked with purchasing agent to receive the materials on site and within budget. Wrote detailed bid packages for special projects within the Twin Falls and other plants.
