I am MPH holder from Wolaita Soddo University in 2017 with the previous background of Bsc Degree in Midwifery under post basic category from University of Gondar in 2009 following accomplishing basic Midwifery course at Hawassa Health Science College in 2003. Totally I have 20 years of work experiences on MNCH areas at different industries; namely Health Institutions, Health Offices, Health Science Colleges and University, Local NGOs, local and international partners. I’m familiar with different work culture, rural settings, and hardship areas and also working under pressure.

I have a good understanding of programme/project management including financial and operational management processes. I have excellent experience on payment related skills & handling for example payment sheet, attendance sheet, receipts and receipt preparation, taxation and its withholdings.

I have been working on CPD Package development for more than 5 years. I have exposure to development of online learning Materials. I have an ample of experiences on data collection and its coordination both electronically and manually. I have an experience on preparing training manual, facilitators’ guide and participants’ handout and different checklists, standards and Guidelines. Majorly I have worked as trainer, training facilitator, Supervisor, Research Coordinator, TWG Member, consultant and Project Coordinator on MNCH areas of focus, Pandemic Response & Humanitarian Crisis. I have received so many TOT and Basic Training on different MNCH, Leadership and Project Management related Courses. I have experience in facilitations of training on GBV/ SV, CMRS, PSS and MISP for a health professional’s working at conflict affected area.

I am diligent, confident, flexible and collaborative, team building & multilingual in my personal nature. I have good computer skills, personal and social skills. I am simple to communicate and communicative.

I have coordinated and led 20 Consortium members’ of Professional Associations in Ethiopia for two Projects; Namely COVID-19 Response and Volunteerism under the prime lead of EMwA.
