Provide a professional level of management, personal training and supervision expertise via a combination of formal education, continued training and years of practical hands-on experience. Coordinate daily operations and supervise a management team of personnel making adjustments necessary to ensure company integrity, total quality management and optimum service meeting quarterly. Prepare execute budgets, revenue projections, accounting records and statements analyzing assets. Liabilities, capital expenditures, cost of goods, profit/loss and all other financial variable to ensure a genuine profit/savings is achieved that establishes company standards are met or exceeded. Establish and maintain an extensive clientele base by ensuring all personnel develop an excellent rapport with the customers, provide personal attention to their needs and assure their satisfaction however possible.

Introduce and implement innovative ideas: concerning management techniques, cost control, employee incentive/training programs, marketing strategies, sales promotions and customer service policies. Provide training and motivation programs for staff and management: Product information, company policies. On and off site banquets, parties and weddings sales,operating procedures there highly skilled and enthusiastic employees.

Communicate extremely well with all individuals from entry level staff to senior level management by acting as liaison yamong all persons promptly resolving problems and tactfully sensitive or violent situations.
