Appointed as Mine Manager on opencast mining operations and process plant.

Managed the legal and safety procedures according to Mine Health and Safety Act. Managed the opencast operations, blasting loading and hauling of ROM to process plant. Managed the process plant to deliver product on client specification.

GMMCO India – Ramagundam, India

On Site Manager, 2014 to 2019

Supervise Longwall Operations, diesel equipment repairs, spare parts availability, and procurement activities for longwall face.

Provide strategic leadership to streamline overall on-site operations of GMMCO. Offer expert assistance in interacting with Caterpillar Germany, longwall and caterpillar team to encounter future responsibilities.

Key Contributions:

Installed and operated longwall on behalf of GMMCO CAT India for SCCL India.

Played an instrumental role in development of Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs), code of practices, and a reporting system for operations.

Negotiated and signed a contract with SCCL to provide maintenance services and supply spare parts for caterpillar; overhauled and reduced equipment downtime upon installation.
