Worked as extrusion tech on production line, made adjustments, and conducted quality control and static or strength testing of products. Also received training on operating a fork lift … (certification redone bi annually I believe )…. So we packaged and places pallets in storage (using forklift ) also moved large containers of material used during production. So my fork lift experience is limited as I was not just assigned to that duty . When my shoulder injury became so bad that surgical intervention was only option

(or shoulder replacement) I used the leave available and ultimately ran out of time … and recovery for such surgery is long. The people and management were very compassionate and helpful but ultimately.. my leave was all used and I was terminated with no more time off to use. I had the surgery finally on Sept 15th. 2022. It is healing well but I have yet to receive job offer. Since Employed with MAC…. Police Sergeant
