12/2022-Current-WHSM (L-5) MKE1 FC.

Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Amazon EHS Policies.

Measure sites’ performance against published requirements in EHS policies. For all deficiencies, identify a plan for the site to implement and fix all identified deficiencies. Analyze EHS metrics and review incident daily and weekly incident trends to discover trends to rationalize the allocation of appropriate resources to areas where the safety risk is highest. Perform frequent site safety audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Daily reviews Austin for near miss, Injury and Illnesses. Duties include supporting Code 200 Engineering Programs, coordinated the Engineering Community of Practice working groups, and supported the Industry Community of Practice groups. As an Instructor/Analysis for Maintenance University he was considered a Subject Matter Expert in the field of Maintenance and Material Management. He instructed policy and procedures to all levels of Naval Chain-of-Command. Supporting COMNAVSURFLANT in Analysis of the 3-M Program improving policy and ensuring stability for Sailors in the Fleet.

US Navy Experience from 1991 to 2017

10/2014 to 10/2017: Commander Navy Surface Forces Atlantic Force Maintenance and Material Manager Coordinator.

Responsibilities include the technical and administrative oversight of the Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS) on over 80 US Navy surface ships for Commander Surface Forces Atlantic (CNSL). He provided direct support and training for Atlantic Fleet ships and subordinate commands on the Planned Maintenance System administration and program upgrades. He was responsible for reviewing all Shipboard Assessment Team job submissions for correctness and accuracy prior to these inputs being added to the Current Ship’s Maintenance Project (CSMP). Performed daily review of all Atlantic Fleet surface ship Technical Feedback Reports for technical and administrative accuracy prior to submission to Naval Sea Logistics Center for adjudication. Additionally, MMCS Campbell personally provided ‘hands-on’ technical training and oversight to Atlantic Fleet ship 3M Coordinators and Departmental Assistants in all aspects of the 3M program.

11/2011 to 8/2014: Shipboard Maintenance and Material Manager Coordinator, USS Gravely

Responsible for the coordination of all facets of maintenance and material management (3M) systems. Responsible for the implementation, evaluation, and coordination of the ship's planned maintenance systems (PMS). Management of the Maintenance Data Systems (MDS) manager, possess the ability to operate and effectively manage the MDS. Served as the ship's Maintenance Availability Manager. Personally trained six Department Heads, 41 Division officers and Chief Petty Officers, and 41 Work Center Supervisors in the proper use of the maintenance planning tool (SKED) and use of the Maintenance Data System (OMMS-NG). Obtained his Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) letter for a Gas Turbine Propulsion Plant.

11/2008 to 02/2011: Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL Training Supervisor, Recruit Firefighting Trainer.

Led and directed 25 staff member in the execution of training basic fire firefighting skills to 1,250 recruits on a weekly basis. Conducted real time firefighting training in a high risk environment with zero safety incidents.

11/2005 to 11/2008: Engineering Department Supervisor, USS Denver LPD-9.

Directly led and supervised 160 enlisted Navy personnel in the corrective and preventive maintenance on a 600 PSI Main Propulsion Boiler and a 12,000 Shaft Horsepower Main Engine and all associated equipment. Qualified as Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW), a recognized Subject Matter Expert in steam systems and equipment repair and a skilled trainer. As the Engineering Casualty Control team leader, He personally conducted training to all watch stander in the performance of their duties as watch standers to ensure consistent high standers are maintained through-out the steam propulsion plant.

11/2003 to 11/2005: Naval Training Center Great Lakes IL, Professional Trainer

Instructed over 2000 Sailors in the operation principles of the Machinist Mate rating ready for duty in the worlds’ most powerful Navy.

11/1999-2003: Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes IL, Recruit Division Commander/Professional Trainer.

Provided exceptional administration assistance to the Senior Division Leader and was directly responsible for leading 50 staff members in the day-to-day operations of recruit training. Led, Mentored, trained, developed, and transformed more than 3,000 civilians into highly motivated Sailors ready for duty in the worlds’ most powerful Navy. Responsible for the 24-hour safety and welfare of 1,000 recruits and the operation of a $60 million state-of-the-art training facility daily. Trained over 400 Sailors from the Fleet to transition into professional Recruit Division Commanders.
