• Regularly communicate with the management team in key HR processes, recruitment and selection, performance management, talent management and continuously improve HR practices/processes

• Facilitate full cycle recruitment, which included creating a pool of resumes, selecting admissible candidates, carrying out phone interviews, inviting them and participating in in-person interviews with the hiring managers, posing HR related questions from the interviewee to assist managers in selecting the best candidates.
