• I would get daily emails from clients with their weekly/monthly/yearly On-Call Schedule that needed to be entered in their account as soon as possible.
• Ensure all calls are answered in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
• Answer calls during peak business times, for 50% of my shift.
• Assist with escalated calls throughout my shift, and all other calls during peak times.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries/requests, escalating them to the programming or management team as necessary.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.

• Answer between 150 and 200 calls daily.
• Take complete messages for the office.
• If caller states it is an emergency and could not wait for the office to open I would follow the script and it would take me to the person who is on-call for that account. Depending on that persons protocol i would either page that person to the caller's phone number or i would call them on their cell phone and connect caller to the on-call person.
• If caller states it is not an emergency i would take a complete message and send it to the office for them to follow up with the caller when they are available.
• Verify and confirm all information.
• Everyone would record a perfect answer for all the accounts we answer for in a pleasant voice. Once we were done with the caller it would automatically answer the next call with your perfect answer voice.
• If script was not taking you to the on-call we would send the message to dispatch and they would figure out the problem and send to the correct person. Education
