Lead a team of 6 District Managers in directing all sales and operations in 5 provinces. Assure proper mix of products in each store to maximize sales.

Lead a team of 5 Regional Sales Managers in directing all operations in a 5-state area. Prepare budgets for all stores and establish operating policies and procedures. Identify potential sites for new stores, negotiate leases, and oversee opening. Prepare accurate and detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on all aspects of operations. Analyze traffic-counter and conversion data to identify problems and opportunities for increased sales.
